• Manage multiple windfarms sites with contractors, supervising proactive and preventative maintenance to adhere to industry and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to design an asset management software that both aligns with the company’s strategic goals and streamlines current workflows.
• Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and landowners.
• Upgrade existing assets by effectively installing emerging technologies that reduce reactive maintenance.
• Develop systems and processes for emerging battery and hydrogen technologies. Always looking to adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Acquired an understanding of NI and ROI energy market by liaising with NIE and EIR grid.
